I haven’t encountered any problems with the Garmin Nuvi 670 yet. This model does have European maps, which I did use. The reception on it was good and the maps were excellent as well. I did find that I had some outdated maps that I needed to update with the Garmin software. One of the cool features on the 670 is that it has a traffic receiver that tracks the congestion of traffic in the area. There’s a separate map for that which you can toggle though. Quite handy. The points of interest is pretty good, there’s a lot of listings.
They can even list speed and traffic light cameras with the sign up service. The widescreen was a well designed features, makes using the device so much more easier. The mp3 feature is a very nice touch, allowing you to bring your entire mp3 collection on an SD card. Bluetooth connection is also a nice feature to this device, I’ve never thought having hands free calling capability was this much better!
